What I'm saying is you're gonna need a lot more health talismans, a majority in fact, and high blues or even purples really to stand a chance. If I can get that done today then I might try elite 1 again. ![]() Close to being able to replace my dps head tali with a 3 pip purple health tali, and added some more lvl 20 green evade glyphs and a 100pt evade passive skill. I'm frantically trying to gear up some more health tali's. This was NOT good enough to tank Elite 1 Ankh. I have only a few glyphs including 1 lvl 20 green evade glyph (and some crit chance and hit chance in weapons). Right now I have 3 blue health tali's, and 2 purple, 1 blue dps tali. I'm a chaos/pistol tank, or at least I plan to be once I get good gear. Unfortunately there's not a solid resource for endgame builds right now, but you can probably put together a functional build with just one tanking weapon (shotgun/hammer/chaos) as your primary rather than needing to spec into two new weapons if you don't have any of those unlocked yet. ![]() Tanking is also more about effects than raw stats, relative to the other roles, so weapon suffixes (and quality) and eventually signets can be important, as well, as can the bonuses from dungeon gear, particularly the health talisman bonuses. How much of an investment that is depends on where your gear is now, and whether or not you're willing to burn it to fuse up. You'd need health talismans for tanking, and being able to be flexible between dps and tanking stats is good too, as different bosses have different requirements. If you're queuing up solo and you don't have friends or cabal-mates along to have your back, I think it's entirely reasonable to be leery of taking on a healer role in elite dungeons, at least in the short term. ![]() They're angry at Funcom, primarily, but it doesn't take a lot for someone who's just angry in general to lash out at anyone and everyone they can. TSW's community was pretty good about all of this (or as good as you could reasonably expect, anyway), but a significant portion of SWL's community has been toxic from day 1, and those people are represented in higher quantities in endgame content right now, as the more mellow players are taking their time going through the game, leveling slowly, etc.
